The issue with both of these is that they are INTEGRATED fittings. That means that if (when) they fail you have to throw the whole thing away and buy a whole new one. Better to buy downlights that use GU10 LED lamps, then its only the lamp that needs to be changed when it goes *PING*.Not had a call back on these yet and got quite a few in my house.
First thing also to check is the hole size in the ceiling. Buy one that fits the hole, or you're in for extra work.
