1950s Bungalow Ventilation Options - Suspended Timber Floor - MVHR / PIV etc?

Just to provide an update on this, we have opted to go with the MVHR system, with supply ducts in bedrooms located in wardrobes to reduce noise (with vents in the joinery to allow the air to flow in). I'll come back and update when we find out how successful it's been at the turn of the year!
