Hello

I'm sure this has been covered but I'm unsure what exactly to search for.

I'm thinking of installing a flyover shelf over the bed with 2 downlights installed, one either end...probably LED due to heat but not got that far yet.

I was hoping of having 2 double switches either side of the bed, one switch doing that particular sides light and the other switch doing both lights.

Similar to the sort of thing you see in hotels etc.

Is this a major job with wires going everywhere?

Any help or direction to a previous post greatly received.

Many Thanks

you need
3 wires for the remote switch
3 wires for the remote switch on the other side
3 wires to get power to the other side if you didn't want a plug each side.

I think you need it simpler!

Thanks,

Think I'll opt out of control from both sides and go for power each side and a single switch!

Also consider how sore your eyes will feel after the bright spot of light has been burning into the retinas as you lay on the bed.
