I've heard reports that they are running out of recruits from the poorer and rural districts.

Also, that they are not currently keeping up with replacing killed or injured soldiers.

If the kill rate continues, something will have to change for Russia. Either it just collapses, or they will have to recruit not so poor/rural personnel.
