Hi, my pug 307 hdi (110) will not start. As I pulled off the engine seemed to stall and just cut out. The rac came out and after testing around the fuel filter he thought it must be the high pressure diesel pump.
The mechanic who services the car has had the pump reconditioned. Although the pump had some debris inside removed this has not solved the starting problem. The mechanic now seems to think it must be a broken wire somewhere. Anyone any ideas as to what it could be?
