Abu's on his way hooray

Nope, it's words.

"inciting to murder" is just a fancy way of saying some bloke said some stuff.

Remind me how many people have "incited to murder" numerous politicians and bankers (String them UP!), oh dear, looks like the government should start banging up people for "incitement to murder".

Perhaps Hamza should have had you on his defence team.
He might have still been in charge of finsbury park mosque.

Perhaps Aron Searle is one of these lawyers who make millions defending the indefensible (much like Cherie Blair does) He's probably one of these "Ambulance Chaser" type who think our legal system is there for the financial benefit of criminals and undesireables

None of what's been said is of any importance now.
He has gone- never to return to these shores.
I read today that he has been denied his 'hooks'.
NO european rights s hit to get past that one now . :)

And best part of all- - it's gonna be pretty funny when he goes to wipe his suntanned ringpiece each morning .

It's amazing what tripe conclusions people draw from snippets of a post taken out of the whole.

I'm more bothered by the guy that held me up at knife point as a kid, but he is allowed to stay here as a UK citizen.
Did this guy actually stab you? If not, then by your logic he was just "saying stuff" and so it's a mystery why you feel so strongly about it :?

Searle's argument seems to be "sticks and stones may break my bones but words will never hurt me", hence the same logic applies.

There is a difference between actually stabbing and threatening to stab at the time, but the person being threatened does not see this, he is being stabbed or thinks he may.

You don't have to be stabbed to be frightened.

I asked myself before i posted if it sounded right  Sorry if i got it wrong.

But that's the point, in that it's the threat that's the main fear. Inciting people to murder and maim is asking/insisting that they threaten and instill fear in others. And that's why Searle's argument is IMO contradictory and that it is right for Hamza to be called to account by those who he wishes to frighten as a minimum, and kill as his ideal.

You are trying waaay to hard.

I embrace all cultures who wish to live among us as long as they embrace western society and our culture. Else they can join Abu
I know what you mean but whenever I say that some nob tells me “What is our culture? It’s depends how far you go back”.

Countries and cultures are constantly changing and evolving. At what point do you say “Stop – this is our culture now!” Hec, I’ve seen it change in my lifetime out of all recognition. Anyone else here remember Alf Garnett and the National Anthem played at night when Beeb went to bed? It’s the fate of all civilised countries to endure change and for third world countries to tolerate Western intervention.

Slow change by evolution is normal progress and to be expected in any society.
Having people coming in who don't intend to integrate, and who actually want to force our society to change is a different story.
When in Rome.............or stay at home.
