Abu's on his way hooray

Being a cnt.

Ah, so your just talking crap again, carry on....

Guilty of six charges of soliciting murder under the Offences against the Person Act 1861; not guilty on three further such charges.
Guilty of three charges related to "using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with the intention of stirring up racial hatred" under the Public Order Act 1986, not guilty on one further such charge.
Guilty of one charge of owning recordings related to "stirring up racial hatred".
Guilty of one charge of possessing a "terrorist encyclopaedia" under the Terrorism Act 2000, s58. This charge under the Terrorism Act of 2000 related to his possession of an Encyclopedia of Afghan Jihad, an Al Qaeda Handbook and other propaganda materials produced by Masri.[23

They're the charges he's already been found guilty of in this country, he faces more serious charges in the states.
If that's not "being a cnt" I don't know what is.

1. All those charges basically amount to "saying stuff", I asked you what he actually did, you can't show he has been convicted with any material crimes, he has only been charged by the US.

2. you have just listed stuff he has been successfully charged with under our court systems, so why exactly do you agree with extradition when you show our own justice system is capable of dealing with him?

This is about the sovereignty of our courts, Abu and his ilk should not have been allowed in the country, that was the mistake.

You will be happy then we don't have freedom of speech.

I don't want a justice system imposed on us by the international bully!

Try them here, and if found guilty lock them away...

I disagree.
Lets just palm them off and let some other country keep them for the rest of their lives.
USA is Ideal- lots of slippy soap there - and when the one arm bandit drops it in the shower (shower is what they do- 'they' dont bathe in still water)- he will get a painful surprise in the 'nether regions --I hope.
I must also add- I AM proud to be British .
Britain is the best country in the whole world . The most civilised of all countries.
It is however not the same country it used to be .
Too many people with different cultures here nowdays. It just does not work.

Maybe you're right...

After all, you seem to be a prime example of what you perceive to have gone wrong!

And you- my 'easily influenced countryman'- seem to be a easily lead citizen of this fine country.

I suggest we have whip round to raise cash for his wife and children to join him, one-way ticket naturally. 8)

The guy was an illegal immigrant, yet he milked the system for a couple of million. What does the "illegal" part of illegal immigrant actually mean?

SOMEBODY who has more rights and has access to more money then yourself.

all because of out STUPID laws that allow things like this where it takes 8 years to get rid of someone.
as said if you enter you live by the rules of the land in which you live.
do things wrong (where proven)then either mend your ways OR GET OUT.
think this cnt is a total hypocrite in slagging off the country and then holding his hand  out for money.
HOW on earth can 1 individual cost the country millions over the years, but if you missed paying your property tax you could end up in prison????

It would have made a whole more sense to have "off'd" him once he'd served his purpose of keeping the UK populace aware of the crazy ramblings of a small number of loons who claim to hold the majority view of their "religion"(whatever that is ), together with being a useful focal point who attracted even more decrepits such as himself who the authorities needed to become fully aware of.

Couple of grand would have been enough payment.

So inciting young hotheads to murder innocents is not a material crime in your book???
You are a strange man.

you have just listed stuff he has been successfully charged with under our court systems, so why exactly do you agree with extradition when you show our own justice system is capable of dealing with him?
Yes, our system has dealt with him, now the yanks are getting their turn.

This is about the sovereignty of our courts, Abu and his ilk should not have been allowed in the country, that was the mistake.
No, this is about the fact that most people are glad to see the back of him, and probably like me, hope that he suffers a pretty dreadful rest of his miserable life.

I'm happy for anyone to have the freedom to spout what they like. However, upto them whether they choose to be reasonable with it.

Misbehave/break the law in front of the camera's/press. Don't act the innocent if you get your collar felt.

Nope, it's words.

"inciting to murder" is just a fancy way of saying some bloke said some stuff.

Remind me how many people have "incited to murder" numerous politicians and bankers (String them UP!), oh dear, looks like the government should start banging up people for "incitement to murder".

Yes, our system has dealt with him, now the yanks are getting their turn.

Take this story http://www.guardian.co.uk/uk/2010/nov/10/child-pornography-accused-could-be-cleared

(stolen credit card details used to buy kiddie porn, people falsely arrested, one man lost his job and family and was proved later 100% innocent, you can find the follow up stories).

Now what if instead of the UK authorities, what if it was the US, demanding these people be shipped over for trial.

What protects Abu, protects us from false accusation and state overreach, Abu shouldn't have been allowed in, that was the issue.

No, this is about the fact that most people are glad to see the back of him

I'm more bothered by the guy that held me up at knife point as a kid, but he is allowed to stay here as a UK citizen.

Abu said stuff, DEPORT HIM!
