acrylic & fastenings

Hi all,

I need to make a sign similar to the one in the pic, the graphics are no prob I'll do them with vinyl, the acrylic I can probably source but would prefer it precut if poss. I also want the front clear, but the back piece black. I am though struggling with the fastenings, they dont need to be exactly the same but something similar to seperate the two pieces, can anyone suggest anything? It will be for outdoor use so they cant rust!
