Actuator banging noise

Hi, hoping someone can help? I keep getting a loud banging noise from my actuator located on the first floor of my house which controls the ground floor heating. The banging noise vibrates through the house and happens every 15-20 mins when the central heating is switched on around 6pm on an evening. Does it need replacing??
