Adjust uPVC door butt hinge

In your third picture,the right hand side part of the hinge there is two Allen bolts, you need to turn these BUT they look incredibly worn. Looks like its a composite door too so toe and heeling the glass won't help either.
If they won't move you may have to get another hinge, or as a temporary measure possibly swap the centre hinge for the top hinge , just remember though if you adjust the top hinge, you will need to counter adjust the bottom hinge or the top hinge will be taking all the weight ( and vice versa)
