I'm considering purchasing this property but I'm worried about cracks around the windows both internally and externally. The windows sit one on top of the other and the external crack in the picture below sits between the two of them. We're first time buyers in our 30s and have already lost £2k on another property falling through. We're looking for a doer uper but I'm worried that these cracks could be extremely bad given they're both internal and external. I know it's so hard for anybody else to say without seeing it but would appreciate any thoughts and advice that anybody might have. Before committing to a full L3 survey is it a thing that I could ask somebody to come and look at this in particular?
