Advice on hanging driveway gates between the posts

Hi All,

I’m struggling to work out how I can hang a pair of wooden driveway gates as the gate post in between my drive and my neighbours doesn’t have enough space on the back to mount a standard hook and band hinge because there is a fence post in the centre right next to the post.

Can someone please suggest a method to hinge the gates from the inner faces of the posts and what type of hinges would be needed?

sorry yes see this sketch showing a birds eye view. There is no space on the back of the gate post, due to the concrete fence post immediately behind it. I’d like to place the hinges on the inside edges of the gate posts and have the gates swing as indicated by the arrows.
