Hi, I was looking for some advice on our Vokera Evolve 36C Combi Boiler. Is it normal for the external flue pipe to drip? It happens when the boiler has been on and is then turned off, and also when the hot water tap has been run and is then shut off. Video attached for reference.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

It’s not normal, but afaik, it’s nothing to worry about. I think the flue may have been installed on a slight downward gradient from the boiler rather than an incline.

CBW is correct, the tube should be installed level as the inner flue tube has an incline falling back to the boiler built in. If there's ever a reason to get a ladder up the side of the property try to lift the terminal end upwards a little, even if it means chipping out a bit of brickwork. The drips will then stop as they'll run back into the boiler and drain away.
