Advise on new build damaged brick

What an absolute pile of s**t, if that's the "quality" of the brickwork. Good luck. A snagging company would have a field day. Why do people buy these hell holes?

I know someone who bought a New Build from from of the National Firms, last I heard was they were at Director level with their snagging list. The Guy dealing with their home brought his own team in as he didn't trust the trades on site to put anything right, mainly as the quality of their inital work left so much to be desired.

That mortar looks like it was squirted in from a tube and shoved around with a finger.....
Makes me wonder what the quality of the rest of the build will be like - stay clear of the whole thing IMO
