What can be read in public domain documents does not contain all the information. It is therefore acceptable and may be intended that some people can arrrive as false observations about the quality and effectiveness of weapons systems.

I feel that a lot of military spend is to keep people employed.
How many man hours will it take to build, then there are people employed on it.
So when they say it cost X£ million, They get a large amout back.
Then they get the cudos of the large carrier.

but isnt that what the war machine is for? create unnecessary wars so it can proliferate in peace time.
