I've been getting quotes for having some vinyl floor fitted.
We have and old, bumpy floor that needs a damp proof screed. Most firms have said they will use a damp proof screed and then apply a normal screed on top.
I've just had a quote from a fitter who says he uses an all-in-one screed. Has anyone heard of such a thing and are they any good? The quote is quite a bit cheaper, so I'm cheaper. I wasn't here when he gave the quote, so I wasn't able to quiz him at the time!
Cheers
Sean
