i hope that if anyone can answer my confusion
On a terraced property you can build up to 6m rear extension on a prior approval application obviously if the criteria is satisfied.
my question is on a full 6m application is approved on the decision letter its states:
"Householder Prior Approval: Erection of rear extension 1.55 m beyond ORIGINAL REAR WALL 3.9 m maximum height 2.4 m height to eaves"
Now the original rear wall is from a kitchen rear extension (existing rear kitchen being 4.45m)
There are other decision letters which states that 6m from original rear wall (I'm assuming from the house) even with a small existing kitchen
My understanding of this is that the kitchen was built with the house??? So it's classed as rear original wall??? If that's the case how can you establish if the kitchen was built with the house?
Hope this makes sense
