Any bungalow project threads

I have just had an offer accepted on a bungalow. I am planning to flip the property just wanted to see other project builds for ideas.

I will be posting my own thread to the build on here expected to get keys by the end of the month.

Are you keeping it as a bungalow?
I am in the last bungalow in a row of 1930s bungalows. 2 to one side were totally gutted and rebuilt as chalet bungalows - everything except the external walls and concrete sub-floor was removed. They look nice, and lots of room, but no longer bungalows!
I just extended mine 7 metres and created a 4 bed bungalow, which I like to think is a more unique, and potentially more valuable, home.
Not that I plan to move.
