I get all of my gear from these guys:
I use the 1m lengths of 10mm nylon flexy rods, and have the suitable mops to suit all chimneys.
These rods are gentle enough to handle lined flues and are firm enough to cope with precast flues and open brick types.
I also use the blue drainage rods on occasion, and have the larger mops from Toolstation or whatever.
I have tried the drill operated flail types '(guaranteed not to fail in the flue (quote) ' and they bloody well did!
This gear plus a big Ryobi double filtered vac suits me well!
John :)
