Anyone know what kind of thermostat this is, or how to use?

It has no make, model or serial no. anywhere and I can't figure out how to change anything other than the prog # and time and date. As it is, I figured the heating should be on right now, but it's not.

Any ideas?

Possibly a Landis and Gyr/Staefa, but not familiar with the exact model.

Got to agree with my Norfolk Neighbour!! - suspect Landis & Gyr, but I have never seen one like that

Get someone to take it off the wall, it will have a make and model number on the back.

You can then search the manufacturer's website for operating instructions.

I've already done that - nothing on the back either.
