Are the Rich getting Richer?

A report just released says that the earnings of the UK's top execs have risen by 27% in the last year alone, although the salaries and bonuses of these people have officially remained in line with inflation they have come up with another wheeze to give themselves more dosh.
I can't remember the name of this wheeze but it is basically a euphemism for a big bonus
, they say it is performance related but it is the performance of other companies that it is related to.
so therefore even if their own company isn't doing to well as long some other companies are doing worse than they are these clowns still get the money, maybe they deserve it if just for thinking up a scam like this in the first place.

All I know for sure is that I am getting poorer
