It was the way you worded it, the Italians aren't the most successful in F1, the Brits are, however Ferrari are the most successful single F1 team for various reasons, mostly that they have been in the sport for so long.
So all those engineers, designers, drivers, cleaners, etc working in the F1 bases in UK are Brits now?

Don't forget that there are only 3 or 4 engines used in F1. How many originate from UK?

So the Ferrari engine is designed and built in Italy.

The Merc engine is designed and built in the UK, the Renault is designed and built in viry, France, and the Honda was a collaborative effort between the UK and Japan.

Renault needed considerable input from ilmor engineering to make their engine better at the start of the hybrid era and I believe ilmor also carried out some consulting to honda to make their engine more competitive.

The reason for there being so many F1 teams in the UK is the infrastructure and the workforce are here. We have the best Motorsport universities, and there is some of the best setup engineering companies to assist the F1 teams, I'm not saying that all the staff is British, they come from all corners of the world.

But that's the same for Ferrari, they are not all Italian, so the point your trying to make is mute.

Go one then - how about it? Explain please or has your alzheimer's kicked in again?
The use of slave and forced labour in Nazi Germany (German: zwangsarbeit) and throughout German-occupied Europe during World War II took place on an unprecedented scale. It was a vital part of the German economic exploitation of conquered territories. It also contributed to the mass extermination of populations in occupied Europe.

Big words for you, Bodd, and not a spelling mistake among them. Where did you copy it from?
