Does anyone know any good websites for mapping what stars and planets are in the sky each night? I have a planisphere, but it obviously doesn't show planets.....

Tonight is such a good night for looking at the sky... i just wondered whether that was mars just to the left of the moon (and no puns about this stupid internet name i chose 10 years ago!! ;) )

Google earth has symbols over the top left of the view, ie,pinpoint, envelope ,clock etc There is a symbol of a planet there, click that and you have the options of Earth, sky, and other planets.Choose one.
The Moon 's pretty good, with the landing sites etc.

Well thanks for that :D , I often wondered what "the dark side" of the moon looked like
