It is privately owned, likely by an investment company. It is managed by Serco, the same group whi manage the privately owned hotels.
They have not been given the house. They are just living their in exchange for rent.
The hotel yellows and flag wavers wanted them out of hotels. The only place for them to go was into private homes managed by Serco. This is what you all wanted!

I have offered no comment on it other than they should not have been in hotels in the first place. I told you the plan was to use privately owned homes months ago and you did not believe it. Proved you wrong again.
What are the racist in your little white village going to do when the asylum seekers get moved out of the local hotel and into private homes opposite the cricket or golf club I wonder.

Landlords in parts of England are being offered five-year ‘full rent’ agreements to provide homes for asylum seekers, according to a new report.

Serco, in a website page titled “calling all landlords”, said it was responsible for more than 30,000 asylum seekers in an “ever growing” portfolio of some 7,000 properties.
“Our operating model is based on leasing properties from a wide network of landlords, investors and agents with Serco acting as a tenant,” the website page states.
Landlords interested in the five-year lease have been invited to a Serco event at a hotel in Malvern Hills, Worcestershire.
Serco said: “We are confident that our lease provision offers an attractive and competitive proposition within the industry.”
The firm is offering to pay rent, as well as full repair and maintenance, free property management and utilities and council tax bills paid by Serco.

Gravy train of accomodation providers and landlords, send these guys back on the next ferry each time and close all the hotels etc, and spend that money elsewhere! Or don't spend it, use it to reduce debt and avoid increasing our taxes any more!
Elsewhere is where it would be spent! It comes out of the foreign aid budget.
