because it is not a service , they call it an annual safety check, or should be called stick a flue gas analyser in and record the results (Poke and go). it takes longer to complete the laptop records , any faults reported by customer , raise another job, if total time from logging in to say you are on site to completing everything and customer signing the laptop and you closing the job down to say it is complete exceeds 42 mins, then it flags up and you are called in to explain whyWow...cannot see how that works ever if the job is a mix of service and breakdowns
