hi, could do with some help, Have a Baxi back boiler that fires when set on "heating and water" but goes of within 5-10mins,making clicking, creeking, banging noises. When heating is on, only 1 rad is 2 inches warm and the flow end of the rad not all the way along. When controller is set to "water only" boiler fires, heats water and knocks of with a click as normal, boiler is also quiet when heating water with only the sound of gas/ burner like normal. what is causeing this, is it a air lock on CH or pump dead or dieing? any help is welcome. thanks.

sounds like your hot waters gravity fed and your heatings pumped.
so faulty pump id guess.
