Imagine they would, probably around 47 mm deep.
Just googled it, all their RCD sockets require a minimum box depth of 30 mm...
Thanks very much. Just as well I asked as I wanted it to fit in a 25mm box.
If the existing back box is only 25mm and recessed back from the wall a little, there is a chance of getting in. If not 35mm box or a socket spacer frame.
Sounds like you are installing a new socket that requires RCD protection, does this include newly installed buried, as that may also require 30mA RCD protection.
It's not a new socket.
I just want to replace an existing socket with an rcd socket.

best bet is a local electrically wholesalers, they may not have them on the shelf but will order in or go on-line and google socket backbox spacers.
