Back to brick refurb m2 prices

Hi guys, was wondering if you could help me,
I know this is a vague question and I understand it won’t be precise answers,
But I’m looking for a price per m2 for back to brick renovation,
I was told between £350 and £450 depending on ensuites and quality finish,
Or even just to get to a plaster finish,
I’m a 2nd fix joiner myself and have always been an inside man, so I don’t have a clue about construction work as such,
I’m based in north west ( Wigan) if that helps,

If your doing some of the legwork and a few helpful trade friends 100-105 per sq ft should do you.

For a very high finish I'd say upwards to 115 per sq ft just covert that
