I twisted the old 32mm cast iron pipe waste coming from the basin and now there's a small hole in the pipe. Is there a way to seal it from outside ?

Wow you must be strong! You'll maybe get away with a blob of Araldite over the damaged bit, but everything will need to be clean and dry for it to work well.
