Anyone help me?

Currently my simple bathroom extractor fan, not timed and does not have an over-run, is wired as most are to come on and off when the light is switched on and off. All I want to do is change the wiring and install a separate pull switch outside of the bathroom so that I can turn the fan on and off only when I need it.

Any suggestions how I would do this?

You wont use it. This is why its wired as it is.

Why a pullswitch outside the bathroom? You'll go into the bathroom, turn on the lights, get undressed, then think "oh I forgot to put the fan on, oh never mind im not getting dressed for that"

I did mean inside, don't know why I typed outside!!

Anyway the fan is above the shower and I don't need it to come on every time I switch the bathroom light on, just when it's needed.
