That's very interesting. 'Yours' is somewhat different from the one I was looking at which you can see here - in that yours only has 6 terminals (doesn't have the 'MN' one) - and, more crucially, the instructions for wiring to the 1/2/3 terminals (according to speed required) are significantly different. I wonder which corresponds to the OP's fan?!
