What do you think? Am I worrying over nothing?",
No not really - you have genuine concern and that is not a bad thing.
You are right to have that concern yes.
It is fairly unlikely in the scheme of things to cause many problems, so you get brownie points for recognising risks and again for mitigating those risks.
All of life is a risk (none of us ever gets out of it alive) but sensible reductions of risks is a good thing.
Small risks are still worth addressing and especilly if mitigating them is relatively easy.
in an ideal world we would get rid of all risks large or small.
There is no such thing as an ideal world.
we live in the real world and we do what we reasonably can do.
But if it’s still causing you worry, days on) buy a tub of plasti-dip, bend the connected wires at the wagos so they fit into the can, dip them then straighten them and leave to set
(I’d bet money that the electrics of the mirror itself, at the other end of the wire, are not similarly IP protected which is why I’m not concerned, plus there wouldn’t be a lot of airflow behind the mirror to carry volumes of moist air past, plus the mirror is heated(?) so the air behind will be naturally warmer and less likely to condense..)
