Bathroom wine fridge

Hi,
Other half would like a wine fridge to replace a recessed shelving unit above the bath.
The fridge would be securely anchored cable hidden and RCD protected.
Would this contravene part P?

Is the fridge suitable for installation in a bathroom?

Nothing to do with part P. But everything to do with bathroom zones. I would not do it.

If it's designed to be safely installed in the relevant zone then crack on. 12v caravan fridge would probably do it, be silent as well (no compressor)

Doesn't all electrical safety fall under the provision of Part P?

Isnt that what the "reasonable provision" bit mean?
