Baxi Barcelona condensate leakage

I have a Barcelona that is working OK, but condensate is leaking out around the firebox door (up to several drips per second).

With this much coming out, I guess that the condensate drain is blocked, but the clear plastic collector looks OK, so the blockage must be upstream?

Can someone give advice on how to proceed?

Sounds like a job for a Corgi eng. since the combustion chamber will need to be opened and inspected.
