Baxi Combi 80E Problem

I have a Baxi combi 80e boiler on which the hot water works but the central heating doesnt. two out of the three rads downstairs heat up and one of the two upstairs heat up but the rest are stone cold. the boiler reads low pressure but i think thats coz ive bled some of the rads and havnt repressurised the system. oh one more thing , the rads that dont work do bleed water and not air.

any help would be appreciated
