I have a Baxi Luna 3 high efficiency gas fired wall mounted combination (floor & domestic heat) boiler and I am consistantly getting an 10E error code, manual says due to water pressure being low? But the radiant heat is a closed loop system and has been fine for 2 yrs and now is getting progressively worse  I have to re-pressurize the system every 24 hrs :x Anyone have some input :?

Don't see the Luna3 boilers in the UK.It appears though that they are very similar to combination boilers sold in this country.
You should as suggested check the pressure relief valve for water passing and also check for water leaks on the system. The expansion vessel needs to be checked for loss of precharge. You manufacturers instruction book should point you to these components.

Speak to marathon international near Toronto they are baxi distributers for north America.
Your model differs slightly from the ones we have in the Uk. However as the previous fellas have said it could be your expansion vessel.
