Hi terrypin. I can understand from that point of view, but, I am not going to believe that was their reason. It was made clear that I only need one of their "no obligation free quotes" and that i'd call them in October if I decided to choose them, and that I am the bill paying homeowner, agreements between the wife and I are already made between us and I just need to weigh up working on it myself with a mate (who has some experience in this stuff) and a professional paid service. Ignored... the hard sell and sign up on that day was applied. It was BS all the way through and they sold my phone number. My profession is telecoms and I will take this particular matter further, but that's a boring subject for this forum
