It's a good point; why do they always come pre-installed with iron filings?

supplied by customer. but ive had them from different places with same rust particles inside. you need to remove the plugs and keep tapping them to remove muck.i went to a combi last year where pump had seized. fitted a new one and it did the same after 3 weeks.further investigation revealed rusty iron fillings out of chrome towel warmer was to blame.todays t/warmers debris would of half filled a coffee mug.

Must be plenty of corrosion from the salty air on that long trip from China/India (apart from the c**p manufacture).

Youv'e always got to clean them outside with hose.

Presumably the towel rails are pressure tested with water after manufacture. The water won't drain out completely and the residual water then has many weeks to corrode the insides of the steel tubes.

water :?: ..the urine from the sweat shop employees is purer than the water in those rivers .......that`ll be the Yuk FU manuflacturing co.
