NHS could stop wasting 1/2 a million on Stonewall "diversity champions". In fact you could scrap the £3M being spent by all public bodies on Stonewall.

That's a matter of opinion.
Their failures are nothing to do with programming languages. It's classic data science issues: you need to understand the data and that takes time and institutional knowledge. Then they compounded their mistakes by failing to do a reality check .

What frightens me is that some Government is going to have to go in in the near future and pick up the pieces and try and put everything right, repair the damage.
And before anybody says cockily, "Why do you care, you don't live there?"

I know I've mentioned it before but can you imagine any other U.S president treating Zelenskyy like he did and can you imagine any other US president chummying up with Putin and going in to talks with him alone?
