How do you pros cut large cable? I am in the process of replacing my 10mm cooker cable and was wondering what is the best way of cutting it?

By cutting through it a little at a time and using good quality cable cutters.
I thought an hacksaw was best, junior one tho 
good set of cable croppers like the ones pictured above,make light work of cutting 25mm cable and stripping it back.
10.0mm² is not large cable. I cut it with my side cutters.
upto 25mm² is fine with the shears pictured above, and anything upto 150mm² we use these
Above that you really need a pair of hydraulic cutters

I've got a pair of cutters/shears that uses a stanley blade clamped so that just the edge is exposed, and it bears down onto a hard plastic surface.
Will cut 10mm T/E without pause.
Can I remember the make or where I bought them? CIF.
From the colour they might be Wolfcraft, but there's nothing on their site.

Has anyone tried that new tool - Kewtech possibly - that scores SWA like a plumbers pipe cutter? Look like a neat idea, except I'd probably lose it and have to resort to the junior hacksaw as usual.
Anyway, in answer to the original post.... why would you want to cut it? Can't your wife do it while she's in the kitchen?! (sorry, missus)
