Broken glass in door internal 3x6 ft

will replace with lam glass rough cost of glass?

It is beaded both sides, best way to remove? hopefully save 1 side

Is it best to get fresh beading?

Whats the best method to replace

I thought glazing silacone fix window, and panel pin beading on?
