Best way to the Drains & pipework - help needed

Hi All,

I am planning to do drains & pipework. please see the image below:

Is that okay? is building control going to approve?

I have read somewhere that every underground joint need an inspection chamber, is that correct?
 
Have a look at building regulations approved document H
You need to look at H1 section 2
Where you show a 90 bend that needs to be a inspection chamber.
Good practice would be to take all your connections directly into
Inspection Chambers.
 
Need a chamber at every change of direction in the drain, although you can use a bend immediately outside a chamber. All sections of the drain must be accessible for rodding/jetting should the need arise, preferably from outside the building.
