Out of interest how many happy pills a day are you on just now. And are you banned from having sharp things and ropes. You come across as a really depressed guy not just on this topic but on many others stretching back years.
Do you think this job is good for your health.

I don't take even a paracetamol for a headache.

I find working very difficult as I had Chronic fatigue syndrome which prevented me working for a year and then gradually rehabillitated myself.

I don't think people with M.E. fully recover but I was doing quite well for a number of years, though I seem to be having a relapse because of my heavy work load. I only do four days, i would prefer to do three.

This week I am off as there isn't any work and I volunteered. but last thursday when I last worked I hit the wall very hard and was actually unsafe driving home from Hull.

It is tough. I didn't realise that it showed.
