BG Pistakke or what !!!

Been to a house today to take off 3 rads for decorating, water black ****te,
lady tells me BG fitted a new boiler this august !!, Worcester jobbee, show me the Benchmark Certificate to see what cleanser was used I asked, guess what , totally blank, not a single line filled in with anything whatsoever, what total ******s, she's getting them back and demanding a flush and paperwork filled in.

New boiler for my Dad a while ago, and I was billed for a Magnaclean.
An invisible one was fitted, and I'm sure it works perfectly

BG fill out there own benchmark they dont fill the one in the manufacture book of the blue card.

The system has quite obviously not had any cleanser through it, according to the Benchmark it's had nothing at all or inhibitor.

if she didn't pay for a powerflush she won't get it. she may have had a powercleanse which is dumbed down version involving some cleanser and not a lot else.

I once went to an asv but couldn't find the magnaclean which customer paid for.

Ring them up get it reflushed.....simples. Bloody contractors

If a system needs properly flushing and the customer refuses then the boiler shouldnt get fitted. BG get away with it because they do their own warranty work and even if they did call manufacturers they are told to bend over backwards to please their best customer, bg, so nothing comes of it.
