Could anyone tell me the difference between a 24 HE and a 32HE combi boiler please?

24he is a 24kw boiler, the 32he is 32kw. both refer to the hot water ouput of the boiler. you will get a better hot water flow rate from the 32he, water pressure and pipework being satisfactory.
 
so for a 2 bed house it would be better to get a 32kw boiler?

It all depends on what hot water flow rate you need.

There is no point in a 32 kW boiler if the mains can only supply 8 litres per minute.

Also the minimum Ch power is higher and will make the boiler short cycle.
