Here too. Revolving doors at morrisons off the hinges! Nearly got blown over while filling the car with diesel, 2 aerials down on our street (the tallest ones, i note), next doors shed felt ripped off (which i helped the poor guy replace, but the replacement was stupidly thin and blew off and ripped while we were getting the nails ready) . A piece of our conservatory roof came loose (where the roof changes directions, on the ridge, there is a piece of plastic to cover the join, that came loose). My mum phoned the guy who built the conservatory 6 years ago, and he came and fixed it FOC!

Storms that developed off the east coast of the USA have gained strength over the relatively warm waters of the mid-Atlantic before hitting our shores. The strength of the jet stream also determines the severity of the storms and this season jet speeds have been unusually high...
