I tried to get the official line from my supers once...
Lady comes over from Pakistan to register at GP surgery.
Can she register? Apparently yes as her husband is working in the UK.. to my non surprise at all within weeks of registering she reports in for a pregnacy test.

So no NI payments from her but straight into the NHS service tourism gravy train.

Like the Rochdale rapists the NHS is terrified of pulling the plug in case an accusation of racism is levelled.
