You could try to sand it back.
Unfortunately I find with my beech worktops i need to resand the whole length as you can see where the new danish oil meets the old.
I use a d/a sander connected to a dust extractor, 80 grit to begin with, then 180 and 220. I then apply a coat of danish, followed by a sand with 400g and apply more and more coats.
It is a bigger job than it might look on first inspection and will take a week.
I love wooden work tops but they are high maintenance. Also avoid contact with products containing ammonia.
Sorry i can't provide a quick fix- I wish there was one.
