Boiler filling loop not filling!

One side will cut into the cold main leading up to your boiler, other will cut into return pipework back to boiler. This will override the current method of filling.

Unfortunately I still don't see where an external loop would go. The photo in my original post shows all the pipework I can access?

No, the only pipes are the ones showing in the original photo. So exactly what is it I need to replace then?

The other side is an external wall, so I don't think I can get to them.

Thank you. The part that I think is blocked looks like the part in this pack (https://www.heatingspareparts.com/boiler-spares/partno/177477/379247). It's this equivalent part that has a 'white valve' inside it, which I would guess is the non-return valve.

It’s not visible there, so look in the cupboard underneath, above the boiler and check the airing cupboard

So your 2 valves have blanking caps fitted (which is correct). You need to find your loop (braided hose), remove the blanking caps, open the valves to correct pressure, turn off valves, remove the loop and refit the caps.
