Boiler Flue gaps

Hi there,

My trianco Eurostar boiler flue has some slight gaps around it. I'm guessing these should be sealed? I have attached an image where you can see a slight gap around the flue 1-2 mm wide.

I'm considering using fire cement to seal this gap?
